12 chicken eggs.
10 pieces of beef sausage.
3 cloves of garlic.
6 medium potatoes.
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese from home.
Finely chopped green onion and celery.
Salt and Pepper.
8 pieces of burrito skin ready to use (can be bought at the supermarket).
Chili sauce, tomato sauce, or salsa sauce to complement.
Cookware that needs to be prepared:
Aluminum foil for wrapping burritos.
Frying pan for frying.
Pot for boiling potatoes.
Container for mixing all ingredients.
How to cook:
Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil until the texture is soft.
Slice the onion thinly and chop the garlic. Saute both until a fragrant aroma is smelled.
Add the eggs and cook while continuing to stir until a scrambled egg is formed.
When the scrambled eggs are half cooked, add the sausage that has been chopped.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until cooked and taste.
